DMG Decisions is being built by Andrew Diaz and Shan He.
Andrew co-leads DMG's technical practice with Shan — building the ML pipelines, anomaly detectors, and forecasting models that anchor DMG's analytical work. UF Electrical & Computer Engineering background; quantitative-researcher discipline applied to commercial real estate and retail demand work.
Shan holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida, where her research focused on intelligent structures using physical reservoir computing. Her work connects structural dynamics with applied AI for physical systems, including vibratory structures and soft robotics.
